Kandi is actively involved in the surrounding communities. She is a sponsor of the Southgate Little League Organization where she once coached 8u Softball. She sponsors The Riverview Junior Football Program. She was also a member of the Allen Park Bulldogs youth organization as her son played for Allen Park from ages 8-13, before he went on to be an Allen Park Jaguar. She is also a proud sponsor of the H.E.L.P Children with Cancer foundation. She has a passion for youth sports, children and animals. She actively contributes to animal welfare and has relationships with Canine Companions Rescue Center, and The Karens (K9 Animal Rescue Emergency Network). Two amazing organizations that do so much such as provide food, shelter, and homes for the less fortunate dogs of Detroit and surrounding cities.

Kandi has a passion for helping others any way that she possibly can, and stated " if I can't help you, I will do what I can to find someone who can". She has built a solid reputation for herself the 10 years she's been with State Farm and has developed a team who also supports her core values to make sure they can take care of you just as she would.
