Outside the office, Kandi is deeply rooted in the Downriver area and actively involved in the community. She proudly supports Southgate Little League, where she coached 8U softball, and has sponsors the Riverview Football League, Riverview Boys Varsity Baseball team, Wyandotte Middle School Cheer, Lincoln Park Little League and the Wyandotte In Focus Dance Center. She also supports youth football organizations connected to Allen Park, including sponsorship of the Allen Park Jaguar Football Boosters, giving back to programs that have meant so much to her family. Kandi is also involved with the H.E.L.P for Children with Cancer foundation, helping support efforts that raise awareness for childhood cancer. Her passion for children and animals has led to ongoing support of local animal welfare organizations, including Canine Companions Rescue Center and The Karens (K9 Animal Rescue Emergency Network), which focus on providing care and homes for dogs in Detroit and surrounding areas. In 2024, she became a sponsor of the Riverview Community Watch program, attending events and supporting local efforts to help keep neighborhoods safe.

When she is not working or attending community events, Kandi enjoys spending time with her son, Gage. They love exploring Michigan, cheering on their favorite sports teams, especially football, attending concerts, and enjoying pizza and chicken wings. She welcomes conversations and connections with neighbors throughout the community and enjoys seeing familiar faces around town. The office is conveniently located on Eureka Road in Southgate, MI, between Fort Street and Trenton Road, directly across from Advance Auto Parts and next to Express Carpet and Flooring.
