Kandi is highly active and involved in all of the downriver communities and surrounding's. She was sponsor of the Southgate Little League Organization where she once coached 8u Softball in 2019. She started sponsoring the River view Football League program in 2023. She was a member of the Allen Park Bulldogs youth organization as her son played football for Allen Park from ages 8-13, before he went on to be an Allen Park Jaguar. Now she is a sponsor for the Allen Park Jaguar Football Boosters as she wanted to give back to the Football program that gave so much to her and her family! She also sponsors the Riverview Boys Varsity Baseball team, and Wyandotte Middle School Cheer!

Kandi is also actively involved with the H.E.L.P for Children with Cancer non-profit foundation to help raise awareness and support for childhood cancer. She has a passion for youth sports, children and animals. She contributes to animal welfare and has relationships with Canine Companions Rescue Center, and The Karens (K9 Animal Rescue Emergency Network). Two amazing organizations that do so much such as provide food, shelter, and homes for the less fortunate dogs of Detroit and surrounding cities. In 2024, Agent Kandi is a sponsor of the Riverview Community Watch program and attends their events to help keep our community safe, and that is what being a "Good neighbor" is all about. Keeping all of us safe and properly protected.

Kandi has a passion for helping others any way that she possibly can, and stated " if she can't help you, she will do what she can to find someone who can". She has built a solid reputation for herself the 11 years she's been with State Farm and has developed a team who also supports her core values to make sure they will take care of you just as she would.

When she's not working or out supporting at a local event, she enjoys spending time with her son, Gage. They love exploring new things in Michigan, cheering on their favorite sports teams, Football is her favorite, catching a great concert or indulging on pizza and chicken wings!
